Background
Consigli and Brucato, P.C., is a Massachusetts Professional Corporation involved in the general practice of law. Founded in 1978 by boyhood friends, Aldo B. Consigli, Jr., and Charles J. Brucato, Jr., the firm’s offices are situated at 189 Main Street in Milford, Massachusetts.

The largest portion of its business is devoted to real estate conveyancing, however, the firm has a substantial practice in personal injury law, worker's compensation law, criminal law, small business organization, bankruptcy, probate, and family law.

Each of the attorneys in the firm is experienced in both trial and appellate practice in all Courts in the Commonwealth as well as the local Federal Courts.

Languages
Attorney Ferreira is fluent in Portuguese and she speaks and writes in the language. She is also proficient in Spanish.

Our Facilities
The office is situated on the third floor of the Afonso Gillon Court Building, a historical landmark, which has been renovated and modernized and is located near the intersection of Main and Central Streets in the heart of downtown Milford, Massachusetts. It is handicap accessible, and the building is serviced by an elevator.

In addition to four private lawyer’s offices, the firm also has a private conference room suitable for depositions, meetings, and real estate closings. The conference room also serves as a formal library, containing up to date volumes of the Massachusetts General Laws as well as Massachusetts Reports and Massachusetts Appeals Court Reports. Additionally, there are numerous volumes of practice books. The law firm also subscribes to WestLaw, which permits online access to Massachusetts law, Federal Law and Bankruptcy Law.
